Peter Gohsman, Kim Gohsman, Pete Gohsman, Katie Mueller and Ashley Becker form The Gohsman Group. They are all lifelong residents of Metro Milwaukee, giving them first-hand knowledge of the neighborhoods where the clients they serve want to sell and where they want to buy!
Peter and Kim have been in business together for years, Peter handles outward facing client needs while Kim excels at inside admin roles. With their servant leadership style and teachers’ hearts they make sure they understand clients needs and exceed their expectations. Peter has earned Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors and excels helping Senior and Elder clients and their families with major life transitions.
Pete joins the team after years serving the Milwaukee community as an executive chef. Personable and friendly, Pete is a ‘think first’ creative problem solver with a passion for listening, learning and serving to help others. Pete excels helping both buyers and sellers with an emphasis on guiding 1st time buyers through all steps in the process from prequalification for mortgage loan through to close of sale.
Katie Mueller serves as both our Director of Operations and Agent. When she is not helping her own clients navigate the complexities real estate can serve, she is helping the team agents manage their transactions, coordinating our client events and is making sure we all have fun along the way. Katie, her husband Ross, their 2 boys & 3 Great Danes live in Lake Country. You can catch them on the hiking trails or on the sidelines, cheering their boys on.
When it comes down to it, Ashley's life is about passion. It’s about never stopping, being unwilling to live an average life. Learn more, do more, and see more is how she lives her life to the fullest. A passion of hers is travel which has given her the opportunity to explore over 25 different countries in under 7 years. Her sports background of competitive training, showing horses, gymnastics, and golf have helped mold her into who she is with drive and determination for excellence. These things, along with her love of connecting with people and fostering long-term relationships, are key ingredients to her success as a realtor.
